Biden Goes Fishing 

President Biden’s withdrawal from candidature exhibits the maturity of American Democracy. It is a significant demonstration that American democratic institutions will continue strengthening, given its long history and traditions. The withdrawal pits Vice-President Kamala Harris at odds to battle it with Donald Trump, with opinion polls already in favour of Donald Trump. The President-elect Harris will face an uphill task to prevail in the electoral battlefield. Trump has in the past been relentless to former presidential candidate Mrs Hilary Clinton. If Mrs Clinton went into an election with an almost 50/50 chance to win it and still lost it, it would be wishful thinking to imagine Vice President Harris carrying the clout to win the election. The election result is already given without the election!  But, who knows, miracles sometimes happen! Harris could steal the limelight and be the first American Female President since the birth of American Diplomacy on July 4, 1776.
